- Chassis Frame: High-strength welded steel construction with Meiller-specific torsion cross-members and maintenance-free folding underride protection.
- Running Gear: Air-sprung axle unit (9,000 kg capacity), reinforced axle tube for tipping, low-maintenance drum brakes, and S-cam brake system with automatic slack adjuster.
- Tyres & Rims: 6-ply 385/65 R 22.5 on steel disc wheels (our choice of brand).
- Brakes & Suspension: Twin-line air brake system with EBS-E+RSS stability control, spring brake actuator, and electronically controlled air suspension with auto-lowering during tipping.
- Electrics & Lighting: 24V system with LED technology, compliance with ECE-R 48, and central rear fog lamp.
- Hydraulics: MEILLER four-piston telescopic cylinder, single-line system, 200 bar operating pressure.
- Accessories & Paint: Plastic wheel chocks, PE mudguards, and eco-friendly water-based two-coat paint finish with optional RAL shades.
- Tipper Body: Halfpipe design made of highly wear-resistant HB 450 steel (floor 6 mm, walls 4 mm), automatic hook lock, and impact-absorbing rubber mounts.
